Is it gravy? Is it stock?'s Champagne punch. My awesome friend Jen introduced me to this yummy treat -- very fun for a girl's get together.
Champagne Punch
1 cup Triple Sec
1 cup brandy
1/2 cup Chambord
2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
1 quart chilled ginger ale
2 chilled 750-ml. bottles dry champagne, cava, or sparkling wine (save the good stuff)

Lots of folks call this Cham-Cham (Champagne & Chambord), but I have to admit that I went to the liquor store for Chambord, found it to be $30 a bottle AND have a sticker that said "use within 6 months of opening" and said . . . "hmmm, I bet that DeKuyper RazzMaTazz will work just fine." And it did, for $8.95. :)
